Things owners ask us

Will the bot message my friends or reply to my regular clients?

No. BookPoa only replies to booking messages, like "book", "appointment" or one of your services. Other chats stay with you as normal. You can also switch it off for saved contacts, so your regulars reach you directly.

Can I keep my WhatsApp number?

Yes. If you use the WhatsApp Business app, BookPoa works on the same number while you keep chatting from your phone. If you use normal WhatsApp, we help you move to WhatsApp Business first. Your number and chats stay the same.

Clients here come late. How does BookPoa help?

Every client gets a reminder and has to confirm. If they don't confirm by the time you choose, you see it early and can give the slot to someone else. The reminder also tells them what time to arrive.

Does it work with Instagram?

Yes, on the Business plan. BookPoa answers booking messages in your Instagram DMs the same way it does on WhatsApp, and all bookings land in one calendar.

Do my clients need to download anything?

No. They chat with your business on WhatsApp or Instagram like they already do.

What if a client wants to talk to a real person?

They type "agent" and the chat comes to you. You can also reply yourself at any time.

I'm not good with technology. Can I still use it?

Yes. We set everything up and show you how to see your bookings on your phone. It takes about 10 minutes to learn.

What happens if I stop paying?

Your bookings stop on the next month. There is no contract and no penalty.
